Product Description
7075 aluminium alloy is a cold treated forging alloy that is much stronger than mild steel. 7075 is one of the strongest alloys in commercial use. General Corrosion Resistance, good mechanical properties and anodic reaction. The fine grain makes the deep drilling performance better, the tool abrasion resistance enhancement, the thread rolling system is more unique. With the increase of zn and MG content in the alloy, the tensile strength will be further improved, but the resistance to stress corrosion and exfoliation corrosion will decrease. Subjected to heat treatment, very high strength properties can be achieved. The alloy also has good mechanical properties and anodic reaction. Representative uses are aerospace, Mold Processing, mechanical equipment, fixture, especially for the manufacture of aircraft structure and other requirements of high strength, corrosion resistance of high-stress structure.
According to different treatment methods, aluminum alloy coil can be divided into Mirror surface aluminum plate, Brushed aluminum plate, Anodized aluminum plate, PE coated aluminum plate, PVDF coated aluminum plate etc.
